Set Up Email Responder in cPanel webmail

The autoresponder feature in your email settings allows you to automatically send a response when an email is sent to a specific email address. This feature can be useful in various situations, such as when you are on vacation and want to inform people emailing you about your return date. It can also be used for customer service purposes, notifying your customers that their email has been received and they will receive a response soon. To set up an email responder in your webmail account, please follow the steps below.

1) Log in to your webmail account. You can log in by accessing:

http://yourdomain.com/webmail

Replace yourdomain.com with your domain name.

2) Click on the dropdown menu of your email address at the top-right corner. Then, select ‘Autoresponders’.
