MySQL Management in Direct Admin

This documentation allows us to experiment with how one can handle MySQL in Direct Admin.

 

1) Access the Direct Admin panel.

2) From the ‘Your Account’ section, click on the ‘MySQL Administration’ button.

3) To create a new database, click on the ‘Create new Database’ button.MySQL Management in Direct Admin

 

4) Input the database information and click on the ‘Create’ button.

5) If you want to delete the database, select it and click on the ‘Delete’ button.

6) Similarly, you can restore, check, and optimize the database by clicking the corresponding buttons.

7) To upload a database backup, use the ‘Add a Database Backup’ option.

  1. Choose the database from the dropdown menu.
  2. Select the file location.
  3. Select the connection method.
  4. After entering the details, click on the ‘Add’ button to upload the database backup.
