Login to cPanel and open the MySQL Database Wizard.

Enter a name for your database and click the Next Step button:

Enter a username, and click the Password Generator button to create a strong password for your database. Be sure to copy the password to a safe location. Then click the Create User button.

Make a note of the User and Database names for future use, such as when editing the wp-config.php file during WordPress installation. Check the box next to ALL PRIVILEGES, and click Next Step. Your database has now been created.
